About

Built by a contractor who learned the hard way what happens without a plan.

Kane Pinnacle is the fractional project manager for residential contractors — handling contracts, schedules with built-in material-delay buffers, material ordering, and crew/billing tracking, so you finish projects on time, on budget, and without chaos. It was founded by Elvin, who spent years running jobs in the field before building the back-office system contractors actually need.

Origin

Why did Elvin start Kane Pinnacle?

Elvin didn't start in an office — he started on job sites. Early in his career, he watched firsthand what happens when a contracting business doesn't have real contracts, real schedules, and real documentation: a job can go sideways fast, and the people who pay for it are the crews and subcontractors who did the work in good faith. That experience is why Kane Pinnacle exists. Elvin built the operational systems he wished had existed back then — so contractors never have to learn that lesson the hard way.

Background

What is Elvin's background?

Elvin has spent roughly a decade-plus working hands-on in residential construction and project management, managing an estimated $10–15 million in projects across that time. He has no formal PM certification, and doesn't claim one — his credibility comes from having actually run the jobs, chased the vendors, and fixed the schedules himself.

Operating philosophy

What does Elvin believe about running a project?

"If you can plan ahead, you can plan for success. If you plan for the worst-case scenario, you can plan for a successful project."
— Elvin, Founder, Kane Pinnacle

This belief is the entire operating philosophy behind Kane Pinnacle: build every schedule, every contract, and every billing process around the worst realistic case — not the best one.

What clients are saying

Elvin helped me figure out scheduling on a couple jobs when I was juggling too much. Taught me how to batch my site visits so I wasn't wasting time driving around. Small thing but it freed up maybe 10 hours a week. Now that's just how we operate.

I brought him in to help organize my permit and inspection process. Total mess. He spent a few days mapping it out, set up a simple system I could actually follow. Sounds basic but I was losing track of deadlines before that. Saved me from getting citations for sure.

We worked together on three projects and honestly the third one ran so much smoother than the first two. By then I understood what he was doing with the scheduling and crew coordination. He didn't need to babysit me anymore. That's when it clicked for me.

Had Elvin step in as super on one of my bigger jobs because my hands were full with sales. He kept that job moving and taught my PM some actual management skills instead of just writing things down. He proved to me it was worth having someone focused on operations.

Will Kane Pinnacle try to run my company?

No. Elvin built Kane Pinnacle specifically to support contractors, not replace them. You remain the owner and the final decision-maker on every job — Kane Pinnacle handles the operational load of contracts, scheduling, ordering, and billing, and brings you clear options where a decision is needed. Every communication with vendors, crew, homeowners, or team members is copied or shared with you, so you always have a pulse on the project.
